2nd Grade Classroom Community Lesson (by date, oldest first)

After reading orwatching Enemy Pie, students will create their own FRIENDSHIP pie by listing the "ingredients" that make a good friend.

This is a yoga class inspired to help students with their attitudes and feelings towards challenges in their lives. We provide activity pages, coloring sheets, and discussion prompts to get your students thinking about their strengths and areas for growth. We also are providing poses to help stretch and grow their bodies further into the pose as they repeat mantras.

In this lesson plan, we include:

This interactive SEL classroom lesson provides fun and engagement for the entire class, while reminding them that everyone (including Disney characters!) uses growth mindset and gratitude in their roles - just as we should do! This activity will have students using creative thinking skills, communication, growth mindset, and so much more!
