Yellowjackets sting! Have you had students get stung on the playground!? This is great science informational reading about Yellow Jackets. It was written after several of my students were stung on the playground. It answers questions they might have and gives them insight as to why this wasp might sting. Also included are three graphic organizers for independent follow-up work.
