It is vital that we teach our young elementary-aged students the difference between tattling vs reporting. Once students learn the difference, classroom interruptions are minimized, the important information is reported, and students understand how to recognize information that is important to tell adults.

During this game, students learn the difference between tattling and telling/reporting in an interactive and fun way. In the end, students will be able to recognize when they are tattling and when they are reporting important information that an adult needs to know.

Print and laminate the three explanation pages, teacher and monster game board, and all 81 situation cards. Cut the situation cards apart and place them upside down in a pile.
