2nd Grade Spanish Games (by date, oldest first)

¡Juego del Ahorcado del día de los muertos y Halloween con 20 palabras para practicar ortografía, lectura, vocabulario y divertirse al mismo tiempo! Ideal para el aprendizaje a distancia y presencial.

Cómo se juega:

1. Los jugadores deben adivinar las letras de la palabra misteriosa una por una. Cada vez que un jugador sugiere una letra, se clica sobre ella para verificar si está presente en la palabra. Si es así, se revelan todas las veces que esa letra aparezca en la palabra (por ejemplo, si el jugador adivina la letra "e", se mostrarán las "e" en todos los lugares donde aparezca).
2. Límites de intentos: Los jugadores tienen un número limitado de intentos para adivinar la palabra completa antes de que se complete la figura del ahorcado.
3. Dibujo del ahorcado: Cada vez que un jugador adivina una letra incorrecta, se dibuja una parte del ahorcado (la cabeza, el cuerpo, los brazos y las piernas).
4. El juego termina cuando los jugadores adivinan correctamente la palabra misteriosa antes de que se complete el dibujo del ahorcado o cuando se completa todo el dibujo del ahorcado (lo que indica que se han agotado los intentos).
5. Variaciones: Puedes adaptar las reglas según tus preferencias. Por ejemplo, puedes dar pistas sobre la palabra misteriosa o establecer un límite de tiempo para las adivinanzas.

Este modo ofrece una manera entretenida de reforzar los conceptos de tiempo y fomenta la competencia amistosa.
2. Conecta 4 - Modo Clásico: Experimenta la jugabilidad clásica del Conecta 4 sin preguntas. Disfruta de la emoción atemporal de conectar cuatro discos en fila mientras afinas tu pensamiento estratégico y tus habilidades de toma de decisiones. Este modo es perfecto para aquellos que buscan una experiencia tradicional del Conecta 4.
3. Modo de Práctica del Tiempo: Sumérgete en el mundo de decir la hora sin la presión del juego. Nuestro modo de práctica te permite interactuar con los relojes y practicar la lectura del tiempo a tu propio ritmo. Cómo Jugar al Conecta 4 del Tiempo:

• Los jugadores deben conectar cuatro discos del mismo color en fila para ganar.
• Solo se juega una ficha a la vez.
• Los jugadores pueden adoptar estrategias ofensivas o defensivas.
• El juego termina cuando hay una fila de cuatro discos o un empate.
• El jugador que empezó el juego anterior juega segundo en el siguiente.

Cómo Jugar al Conecta 4 del Tiempo con Preguntas:

• Divide tu clase en 2 equipos.
• Los jugadores deben conectar cuatro discos del mismo color en fila para ganar. Solo se juega una ficha a la vez.
• Los jugadores pueden adoptar estrategias ofensivas o defensivas.
• Si un jugador quiere colocar su ficha en un espacio con una pregunta, primero debe resolverla. Haz clic en el símbolo de pregunta y esta desaparecerá. Clica entonces en una de las cartas de pregunta (cartas rojas para principiantes y cartas azules para momentos más desafiantes). Las preguntas se mostrarán al azar entre el set de preguntas seleccionadas. Responde correctamente para seguir jugando y colocar así tu ficha; de lo contrario, perderás tu turno.
• Las respuestas se mostrarán en un reloj digital y en forma escrita y hablada.
• El juego termina cuando uno de los dos equipos o jugadores forma una fila de cuatro discos, o cuando se completan todos los huecos sin hacerlo. Este último caso serían tablas.
• El jugador que empezó el juego anterior juega segundo en el siguiente.
• De los 42 espacios, hay 25 símbolos de pregunta. Diecisiete espacios no requieren responder preguntas para colocar una ficha.

Hay dos conjuntos de preguntas:

1. Conjunto de Principiantes de 24 preguntas (Cartas rojas): Estas preguntas están diseñadas para principiantes y solo muestran relojes configurados en horas en punto y y media.
2. Conjunto Avanzado de 58 preguntas (Cartas azules): Este conjunto presenta preguntas más desafiantes con relojes que muestran cualquier hora posible.

This Spanish Version Bingo game is a great game to familiarize students with a variety of helpful and unhelpful coping skills. This is a great game for individual, small group or even whole class activities. This game is the perfect supplement to your SEL lessons.

This bingo game includes the following unhelpful and helpful coping skills:

Counting, have a drink, bounce on ball, happy thoughts, hug favourite toy, stress ball, go for a walk, play play-doh, read a book, talk to someone, write it down, refuse to work together, pushing others, giving up, bossing others around, not listening, kick things, kick someone, tantrum, destroy property, throw items, using swear words and telling lies.

HOW TO PLAY

The caller reads the bingo card, and the players identify whether they have that card on their BINGO mat. If they do, then they cross it off and the first to cross off all 16 coping skills on their unique mat first wins the game!

There are over 40 different Bingo mats for larger classes as well as colourful and engaging community helper cards.

This Bingo game is a great game to support students with key summer themed words. This is a great game for a whole class approach or center activities.

This bingo game includes the following summer themed words:

Ball, crab, dolphin, goggles, flower, hat, sun, lighthouse, ice-cream, towel, mosquito, watermelon, umbrella, yacht, ice-block and waves.

Do you teach a foreign language to your students? This packet contains two center activities that help teach colors in English, Spanish and French! It is differentiated so that students who need more help can use the colored word cards and those who are more advanced can use the black and white cards. The first center activity, the students match the color name to the color splat on the color mats. There are color mats available in English, Spanish and French with word cards available with each color. Use Velcro on the word cards and the blank spaces to allow the word cards to stay in place. The second center activity is a matching/memory game where students pair the colored splat card with the correct color word. This center is also available in English, Spanish and French. With a total of 10 boards and an editable template, students can practice 11 Spanish vocabulary color words! These games are perfect for centers, tutorials, small groups, homeschooling, homework, sub plans and more! Students will practice vocabulary words by rolling a physical or digital dice using the provided qr code, and then reading the matching nonsense word, and coloring the box using the correct matching color.

What's Included

• 10 Roll and Read Boards with colors in spanish

Directions

Materials Needed:

• One of the 10 worksheets or the editable template where you add your own words
• A regular six-sided die
• Colors
• Optional: A device with a QR code scanner (phone, tablet, etc.)

Rolling the Die:

• Students roll a six-sided die to determine which color word they read in Spanish.
• Students can also scan the QR code on the worksheet using a device with a QR code scanner to access a virtual dice roller.

Reading the Word:

• Students match the number rolled with the corresponding color word on their worksheet.
• Students read aloud the color in Spanish to practice pronunciation.

Marking Progress:

• Once students read a word, they should shade in color the box using the color that matches the Spanish word read.
• If students roll a number they have already completed, they should roll again until they land on a new word.
• Students continue rolling and reading until they have completed all the words on their worksheet.
