This allows for endless combinations of different sentences, over 13,000 sentences. The sentences formed will be nonsense or silly sentences which provides learners with a fun experience as they build their sentences. How to use this compound words puzzle activity?
Print and laminate the pages. Cut apart to create the picture cards and print copies of the recording sheets for your learners.
Learners will place the picture cards onto the sentence mat based on the color coding of the cards. Learners will match the 3 parts based on Who? What? and Where? to create a summer themed sentence. The packet is rich with summer vocabulary making this a fun learning experience for your learners.
