Adapted notes are provided along with an independent review after each slide. Students will be required to fill in the blanks using a key, answer short answer questions without a key, complete multiple choice questions, and look at a graph and answer short answer questions.

Students can complete the review independently, with support, or it can be used as an assessment as well.

When it comes time to discuss timbre, instrument families, ranges, and the alike, you need instant samples of instruments. I used to do it the old way -- finding a specific piece of music, cueing it up in the CD player or mp3, and implement it in my lesson. It took a lot of time and extra preparation on my part to find those clips and segment them for my class... Here's the solution -- Band and Orchestra Instrument Samples. This product was made for students to learn where the United States are located in the world. Students will learn the following vocabulary words in this product: continent, 6 regions in the United States - Northeast, Southeast, North Central, Rocky Mountain, Southwest, and Pacific Region. Relief maps, climate maps, temperature. thermometer, and moisture are reviewed.

The notes are adapted to meet your student's individual learning needs. After reviewing and discussing the notes, there is a review packet that goes through everything that was discussed in the notes. Students will complete fill in the blank questions using a key and answering short answer questions throughout the packet. Students can complete the review independently, with support, or it can be used as an assessment as well.

Each of the no-prep word work packets includes 2 sets of worksheets**.** Each worksheet set comes with 10 different types of worksheets, most in differentiated levels. This gives you 20 different activities and more than 55 worksheets for each holiday! That's a total of more than 100 worksheets. In this product, students will learn about the 13 colonies and review the New England, Middle, and Southern colonies, what was the American Revolution and when it was fought, the groups that were involved in the American Revolution, the commander of the Continental Army - George Washington and why he was chosen, the difference between Loyalists and Patriots, why the British Soldiers thought the American Revolution would be easy, the challenges the Continental Army and Commander Washington faced during the American Revolution and how they overcame these challenges, the lack of training the Continental Army had and who helped train the soldiers, the trust and respect that the Continental Army had for Commander Washington and why, the Battle of Trenton, New Jersey - when it happened, who it was between, who won, and how they won, why France decided to help the Continental Army during the American Revolution, a brief overview of the First and Second Continental Congress and what they did during the American Revolution, how France, Germany, and Poland helped the Continental Army, Winter at Valley Forge - What happened, the struggles the Continental Army faced, training the Continental Army - Baron Friedrich von Steuben and what he trained the Continental Army to do, when the port city of Charleston, South Carolina was captured and who captured it, students will look at a map that shows battles along the eastern coast and they will answer questions utilizing the map, Francis Marion - The Swamp Fox and what he did to help the Continental Amy during the American Revolution and where his nickname came from, what the Declaration of Independence is, who drafted the Declaration of Independence and why, Battle of Newport, where it took place, who was involved, what the African Americans were promised for helping the Continental Army, who was promised freedom, The Battle of Yorktown - when it happened, how long the battle was, and who surrendered, Treaty of Paris - 1783 - what it was and what this treaty meant for the Continental Army, women during the American Revolution, and Elizabeth Hager and what she did to help during the American Revolution are reviewed in this product.

The notes are adapted to meet your student's individual learning needs. After reviewing and discussing the notes, they will answer comprehension questions to review what was discussed on previous pages, students will read maps and answer questions based on the map provided. At the end of the product, students are provided with a review that includes multiple choice questions, short answer questions, and will choose 1 of the 10 major battles during the American Revolution that are provided and will research one battle and will be required to write down 5 facts about that battle.
