It is perfect for elementary classrooms. Students will express their opinions, support their choice with reasons, and practice structured writing. This Halloween engaging resource allows students to design their own unique monsters and then calculate the cost of their creation.

With two versions available, students can practice either decimal or multi-digit number operations.

What's Included:

• Monster Parts Sheets (decimals and multi-digit numbers)

This product contains 4 Cinco de Mayo art projects with project samples and step-by-step instructions with photos plus so much more. These lessons are loosely based on the artwork of Jasper Johns. Also included is information on Cinco de Mayo, Hispanic Heritage Month, and artist Jasper Johns (1 page each).

I love these mixed media projects because any student can be successful - there is no "right way" to complete the mixed media projects. These lessons encourage student creativity, allow students to make choices in their artwork, and include connections to other disciplines (math, social studies, and literacy).
