How to use:
Print out, cut up. It can be played in small or large groups. Hand out all of
the cards to pupils, each has roughly the same number of cards. The student
with the 1st card starts by asking Who has...? The pupil with the matching
card replies and asks Who has...? The game finishes when pupils get to the
last card.
During the activity teacher monitors the correct use of articles (A / AN).
2. Memory Game
Print out and cut up. It can be played in small groups. For bigger classes
print out several times and play in a number of groups. Students look for pairs.
TIP: Print a copy for each student and use as a picture dictionary. Students
cut out the pictures, glue them into their notebooks and add
descriptions.

Firstly, there are eight reading comprehension activities, or informational texts, about:
These activities require NO PREP and have a body of text that students need to read through thoroughly; then they can use the text to find the comprehension and grammar answers. All texts then have an extension activity for those fast finishers. Answers, for teacher use, are on the final page of each document.
Then, there are four biography writing units about Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Charles Darwin and Isaac Newton. The units have been split into four separate lessons which will take students approximately 40-50 minutes each.

Animal Adaptations Adapted Notes, Review, and Project Template

Students will learn about adaptations in this product that includes adapted notes, review, and an adaptations project template. Adaptations will be covered in this lesson as well and will cover – camouflage, warning coloration, and mimicry.
In this product, students will have the opportunity to answer comprehension questions, complete drawings based on a diagram or picture provided, and answer fill in the blank questions using a key based on previously learned adaptations vocabulary words. Students can complete these questions independently, in a group, or with help.
Students are provided with an Adaptations Product template at the end of the product. Students will choose one adaptation that was learned about: camouflage, warning coloration, and mimicry, and will use the internet/Google to search for an animal that uses one of these adaptations to survive. Students will answer short answer questions, circle pictures, and draw a picture of their animal.
