Students need to know they are valued and appreciated. One way to let them know is to present them with certificates, whether you present it publicly, privately, staple it to their assignment being returned to them or, if they have a student folder or journal with pockets, simply place it inside for them to find! Surprise! You are valued!

The Garden/Bug Theme Classroom Jobs Chart is a great product for classroom management. Students need responsibility within the classroom. Print, paste, and laminate for durability. Hang this job chart in the classroom, so each child is clear on what their responsibility is. Jobs can be switched daily, weekly, etc. This product includes a hanging job chart and name plates that fit perfectly within each circle on the job title.
