First off, let them think for a bit! This is where critical thinking skills come in. If they get stuck, hint cards have been included in your download to guide them and provide examples.

How do you know if their answers are correct?

How do I set up the activity?

1. Two versions, one with instructions in English and one with instructions in French, which prompt your students to color, cut and paste to create their bingo card.

This is a chutes and ladders style game but features a trick or treater trying to get to their basket of Halloween candy. This product includes one board game, directions on how to play the game, and 1-9 multiplication/division fact cards. You can choose whether you have your students practice their basic multiplication facts, division facts, or a combination of both. Review skills in an engaging, fun way this Halloween! Students will race to be the first one to reach the basket of Halloween candy while practicing math facts along the way.

Directions on how to play: Students will play in pairs. They must create a spinner using a pencil and paperclip. Spin the spinner to find out how many spaces you move. Before moving your game piece, answer one of the equations. If you get it correct, you can move that many spaces forward. If you answer the equation incorrectly, you lose your turn.

If you land on the black cat's footprints, follow the footsteps to advance on the board up to where the black cat is.

If you land on the spiderweb, slide down to the space where it ends with the spider.

If you land on a space with the jack-o-lantern, go back 2 spaces. The first player to reach the basket of Halloween candy wins!

How to get TeachShare credit to use on future purchases:

• Please go to your “My Purchases” page (you may need to log in). Beside each purchase, you'll see a Provide Feedback button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. 
• Each time you give feedback, TeachShare gives you feedback credits that you use to lower the cost of your future purchases. I value your feedback greatly as it helps me determine which products are most valuable for your classroom so I can create more for you.
