I personally use these texts with Grade 1 and Grade 2 students in French Immersion. Core French teachers will be sure to add the resource to their repertoire for Grades 4 to 6 as they learn to read and write at the Junior level.

How do you keep track of your student's birthdays? I print and laminate these cards, use a wet-erase marker or a chalk marker, and write the date of the student's birthday and the student's name. I then post them on a wall in my classroom. The students love looking at the month and seeing whose birthday is coming up.
