Ce produit récemment mis à jour compte maintenant 63 pages de contenu, d'activités, de modèles de tableau de valeur de position, d'évaluation et de corrigés.

Ce document est conçu pour les élèves qui apprennent la valeur de position et je couvre des unités jusqu'à des millions. J'utilise personnellement ce document avec mes élèves de 5e et 6e année comme révision et comme segway en valeur décimale; cependant, ce serait un excellent point de départ pour l'apprentissage de la valeur de position et des grands nombres en 3e ou 4e année. Comme pour tous mes documents, il n'y a rien de bébé/enfantin, donc ce document fonctionnerait super super bien pour les élèves en adaptation scolaire qui manquent de concepts de leurs années d'école primaire.

Dans ce document, j'enseigne pas à pas à vos élèves comment lire et interpréter les nombres, comment décomposer les nombres, comment connaître les positions et les valeurs des positions, l'équivalence dans les valeurs, comment trouver la forme standard des nombres. Les manipulatifs sont encouragés et utilisés pour aider à fournir des visuels et un apprentissage authentique. Les calculs monétaires et les blocs de base 10 sont fréquemment utilisés dans ce document. This 86-page document has everything you could possibly need to effectively teach area, perimeter and volume to your 5th and 6th graders, or as a refresher for your grade 7's. This slide deck will make your teaching painless, paperless, and requiring zero planning. I teach with a workshop style format and my paperless slide decks provide your students with plenty of guided and shared instruction and opportunities to practice with a partner and solo - to free you up to easily assess and work with the students who need you most. Get a class set of whiteboards and markers, and away you go! Let me teach FOR you and show your students what they need to know, the strategies they need and the confidence they desperately require to be successful with math. I make it simple, visual, step-by-step and fool-proof for you (or your sub!) and your students.

Here are the concepts and strategies I cover in this document:

• Drawing a precise line, to the tenths (dixièmes);
• Units of measurement;
• What exactly is a rectangle?;
• Understanding symmetry when it comes to length and height (longueur et largeur) and how to use it to our advantage to find missing values;
• Using Base 10 blocks to create shapes based on given dimensions;
• "Reading" Base 10 block creations for their dimensions;
• Strategies for calculating surface area (i.e.: physically counting, drawing, using equations);

• The difference between two-dimensional and three-dimensional shapes;
• Using the formula for calculating volume - and starting with two values and working our way up!;
• Using Base 10 blocks to represent 3-dimensional shapes (and remembering that volume is the total number of units within the entire shape);

Classroom management in a middle school Core French classroom can be dicey! That's why I engage my students as much as possible to keep em' on their toes! Prof du jour is a part of my everyday routine, where a different student each day is given the opportunity to lead the discussions with their peers and to give them confidence in French. Sit back and watch the magic!

This isn't just a run-of-the-mill calendar! My Prof du jour is at the command desk and interacts with their peers and the Google Slides. Here are some activities that my Grades 4, 5 and 6 students actively use found in this document:

• Complete Calendar (drag & drop icons) for SEPTEMBER 2024 - JUNE 2025.

• Weather, time of day, days of the week, and terms like "yesterday," "today," and "tomorrow."
