Distributive property maps are helpful for students to break apart an array and write the equation at the same time. Pages can be printed double sided and inserted in a dry erase pocket chart for reuse.

This worksheet provides students with step by step instructions for how to read a word problem, create a ratio table, find missing values on the table, and then graph the ratio table.

This worksheet was designed to supplement our district's curriculum, which expected students to use ratios and graph ratios, but did not provide ample opportunity to practice the skill thoroughly. I hope this worksheet is helpful for you and your students.

Teach essential money skills with these engaging $1 Dollar Bill Identification & Scissor Cutting Skills Worksheets! Perfect for young learners, this resource combines math and fine motor practice as students learn to identify and work with $1 dollar bills.

Each worksheet provides hands-on activities where students can cut, sort, and match dollar bills, helping them build foundational money recognition and math skills.

Not only do these worksheets enhance money math abilities, but they also strengthen scissor-cutting skills, improving fine motor development. Ideal for math centers, classroom activities, or homeschooling, these worksheets are a fun and practical way to help students master dollar identification and develop important life skills.

Use this interactive resource to make learning about money both fun and educational!

This ressource contains 52 cards and has enough material for 13 rounds if you play it like a classic game of Memory. Each round has:

• a percentage card,
• a fraction card,
• a decimal card and
• an image card.

There are so many ways your students can benefit from playing with these cards! Here are some ways I've used them in my own classroom.

• Print and cut all cards and make as many copies as you'll need for the number of groups/teams you'll be creating. Have your students work in groups of 3-6 playing a classic game of "Memory" where they'll need to find the pairs.
• Using just one form (drawing, percentage, or decimal number), pass them out to your students and have them get in line from least to greatest, or from greatest to least without talking!
• Using only two forms, pass out one card to each student. You'll only want to do this activity if you have an even number of students. Have your students try to find their "matching partner."
• Have your students play a game of "Headbanz" by holding their card up to their forehead without seeing it. They'll have to ask their partner questions to narrow down what's on their head! They might ask questions like "Am I a percentage? Am I a decimal number? Am I a fraction? Am I bigger than a half? Am I smaller than a half?" etc.
• I've also passed out 2 random cards to each student and have had them create a written math problem using what they got on their card, and then passing it to a friend to solve.
• You can also place one form for each time around your classroom on the walls and distribute the rest to your students. Have them run around the class finding their corresponding equivalent.

Whichever way you choose to use these cards, I keep them on hand for months while we work through decimals, fractions, percentages and place value. They're an "on-the-fly" activity for me - and I often leave it for substitute teachers as well.

CUBES- the popular acronym for breaking down multi-step math problems is easily visible and used in the classroom in this free download. I use this 27-card J'ai... Qui a? Game after my students have become familiar with the term "rapport partie à partie." This card game will require your students to be familiar with the difference, and recognize multiple ways a ratio can be represented in order for this game to be successful!

If you're unfamiliar, "J'ai... Qui a?" games are whole group activities which reinforce their ability to read and say what's on the cards. This is a great revision activity prior to assessment and I currently use it with my 6th graders; but it could easily be utilized in grade 7 as a warm-up, or a reach-back.

In this 5 page document, you will find:

• Explanation of the game and how to get started with examples.
• 27 pre-created cards with images to show ratios (hotdogs, hamburgers, salads, fries, juice, milkshakes, fruit, etc.).
• 1 page with blank card templates to create your own if you've got more than 27 students in your room.

I print this document single-sided on 8.5" x 11" paper, cut them out, and laminate them to use year after year.
