Students choose their items, color and cut out, then glue them into their shopping basket. Add the number of items in each category and list them on the shopping basket sheet. Make math fun! Can be used for assessment/review/teaching of skills.

Task Cards - Mathematical Operations This set of 12 task cards has junior level operation questions. Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are covered in these cards. For the lower part of the division these cards are great to wrap up and review this unit. For the upper part of the division these cards are great as a diagnostic. Here's a fun activity that my students have always loved! The results of this one have been pretty amazing. I challenge the students to pick a number with at least a three level prime factorization and make a 3D Factor Tree. They can use anything!!! As long as the final project is not flat!!
