Students are fully engaged in displaying what they have learned about symbiotic relationships. Students will research two organisms which will be chosen at random or assigned by the teacher. Students will present what they have learned about the relationships by creating a poster and giving an oral presentation. This is a great organizer that students can use to evaluate what they understand and what they need help with.

This assessment is for those that have already taught about the solar system and who have experience reading datasheets. Datasheets about the planets are included in both metric and US units. An answer key is included. If you haven't already taught students how to use datasheets, this could be used to teach that as well, before you give your own assessment.
