This creative Winter Concert Decorations: Art Unit was designed to be printed and displayed as examples while you teach. Use this PDF file to display these beautiful images one-by-one on the big screen. For this assignment, I asked students to get with a partner or into small groups and brainstorm subject matter, orientation, and theme of the overall composition. Plus, decide which group member(s) will be in charge of what to draw and where to draw it. Students will need to sketch out ideas first inside a sketchbook, transfer the sketches to Final Copy Paper, outline the large image, and start coloring in everything with crayon. Sadly, most other art materials will ruin the roll paper. I hope you and your kiddos love this! Enjoy!

In this product, students will learn the English vocabulary word for the 98 different Halloween vocabulary words presented over 229 pages.

This product can be used with students who are learning English. It can serve as an in class practice, review, or quiz.

Students will initially write each vocabulary word in their native language after learning the English word and being shown a picture. At the end of this section, students will have the opportunity to choose 11 Halloween vocabulary words and make up a sentence using each one. Students will also be provided with short answer questions regarding Halloween vocabulary words that were presented.

In the second section of the product, there is a Halloween vocabulary review that requires students to write the English word and the word in the student's native language based on the picture and sentence provided for each Halloween vocabulary word.

In the third section of the product, there is a Halloween vocabulary review that requires students to make up a sentence for each pronoun vocabulary word learned in their native language.

In the fourth section of this product, students will then be required to write the English Halloween vocabulary word and make up a sentence in English.

This is a paper based, HOLIDAY themed resource. Products featured are Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza and Winter themed.

This resource is designed to expose students to a variety of real-world shopping situations. Students are given a prices on products and are asked to look at the money provided and determine if they have enough money. Students will also be asked look at the price of real products and identify the correct amount of money needed. Students will also calculate totals of multiple items

How to use this product:

•Print out and have students complete as a worksheet/ workbook.

•Print & laminate for repeated use for fast finishers.

•Project pages onto the board to complete as a class. Have students take turns coloring or circling the correct amount of money.

•Project pages onto board and have student use the cut out or laminated money to present the correct dollar up amount needed for each question.

Understanding Instructions - Holiday Edition

This project aims to help your child/students practice their research skills. They will pick one of the "realms" or regions based on the realms represented in the Nutcracker Ballet (when visiting after Marie/Clara rescues the Nutcracker/Prince). Children/students can practice following instructions and requirements by following the assignment's instructions. Two options are available to complete the report. 1. Predesigned Research Page or 2. Written Research Report (with introduction and conclusion). An optional presentation extension is available for students to create a project based on architecture, dress, or food research done on their report. Rubrics and student instructions are available for each report/and the Presentation.
