Learning about the history of the Roman Republic will provide students with the contextual information necessary for understanding certain lines in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. You could have them do it while reading individually, with a partner, or in a small group. It could be done during or after reading the assigned pages.

Make your in-class Father's Day celebrations interactive AND fun with this team name activity!

No-Prep Required!

• Simply Print (choose between colored or black & white versions)
• Place on tables or in an area where Dad's (or student's special someone) and kids can grab a copy of each
• Allow them to have fun and get creative!

How do I use this?

• Dad (or someone special) and child will follow the prompts on the "Our Team Name: Father's Day Edition" page
• In the first box, they will locate the first initial of Dad's (or their someone special's) name. Whatever word is there becomes the first word in their team name.
• In the the second box they will locate the first initial of the child's name. Whatever word is there becomes the second word in their team name.

EXAMPLE: My Dad's name is "Ralph" and my name is "Alyssa" Our team name is: "Fierce Tigers:

• One the second page, students can write in their new team name on the line provided
