Pre Algebra Review Board Game | 8th Grade Math Review Game| Self Checking Review
By AbsoluteValueMath
In this self checking Pre Algebra Review your 8th grade and pre algebra students will play a board game while solving pre algebra questions from topics that include signed numbers, linear equations, volume, system of equations, percents, cube and square roots & pythagorean theorem. This review comes with a game board, different ideas for game pieces (including a name card you can print and give out).
They will roll the die, move the amount of spaces shown, solve the problem on the work page provided and then check their answer in a google sheet! If they are correct, the box will turn green and if they are incorrect the box will turn red.
I had my students erase the answer once they saw if it was correct so it stayed a blank google sheet except to check in that moment if their partner was correct!

- A google sheet to check the answers after each turn
- Cut out game pieces
- Answer Key
Use this for:
- a fun way to review at the end of the year
- an activity to kick off a project where students will then create their own game
- an engaging lesson
