Each label takes up 1/12 of a page so they are nice and big, but not too obtrusive. There are 118 flashcards for a total of 10 pages (12 cards per page). Check out the preview to see what it looks like. They each feature the Spanish name of the animal and to help aid meaning, I've included beautiful illustrations.

This packet is intended for Levels 2 and higher.

The reading is not difficult but does require a Spanish 2 level or higher.

Spanish writing prompts, especially when you make them into a group challenge, are a great way to get your Spanish 2, 3 or students writing, improving and learning from others!  

Your Spanish students will look forward to working together to create writing that meets and exceeds the standards you’re looking for!  Writing together allows peers to learn from each other and takes away some of the pressure when writing alone. The themes are relevant and interesting to students and promote creativity with language.

Are your students tired of boring "drill and kill" conjugation review, but they still need more practice? These fun word puzzles (in pdf form) are a great way to practice or review verbs with spelling changes in the preterite tense with your students. There are 20 words included in the crossword and word search and the verbs used are caer, creer, leer, oír, construir, traer, producir, conducir, deducir, and traducir. Use these flash cards in order to facilitate vocabulary words for AP Spanish Literature. only 7 are blank in order to hold students accountable, but with the most difficult words being defined. 50 cards can be made. Have students change the definition for Metafora. I have divided the vocabulary words, by three. There are many words for students to learn in AP Spanish Literature, and this is one of my aids!

The first day of a new AP Spanish® unit is rough!  It requires essential questions, vocabulary, and a way to get students into the new theme.  This resource contains everything you need to start Unit 1, Familias en diferentes sociedades.  There are 5 different resources included!  Now you can finish correcting the summer homework because you’re all set to start this unit!

The “Hook Activity” is meant to spark interest by provoking students to make connections to their own lives or to ask questions.  This hook activity is in the form of Google Slides, and has beautiful photographs of families in different situations.  Students are asked to turn and talk about the questions posed with each picture.  As an added benefit, students can activate prior knowledge as they start to see the relevance of this topic to their own lives!

These resources are made with Google Docs and Slides, so they can be edited if it suits your needs to do so!

Graphic organizers are a great way to help novice language learners prepare for and practice writing. This set of 6 different graphic organizers will help your students to organize and write about clothing and accessories in a low-pressure way in Spanish.
