This Google Doc activity to practice listening comprehension for the Spanish Future Tense can be achieved via distance learning or with in-person students.! The activity contains 2 audio links to descriptions of people's lives in the future. Students can work independently if you assign this activity via Google Classroom (or other learning management platform) for on-line learners and can practice taking notes and answering both multiple choice and an open-ended answer on their own. Another way to do this activity for students is to print the activity sheet for students who are in person to write on. The teacher can read the included script instead of having students play the audio for themselves.

This activity is easily copied/adapted to create a listening assessment!

Which students can use this:

• Spanish students in Year 2 and up
• Students at the Intermediate Low level and up can use this

How could this product be used?

• Use the recorded links for students to work on this independently, at home or via distance learning
• Read the teacher script to students if they are in person with you in class
• Students will listen and take notes. (Teachers can print out the note-taking sheets or assign them digitally.)
• At the end, students will answer multiple choice questions and an open-ended question. (Teachers can print out the questions or assign them digitally.)
• Multiple Choice Questions ask students to identify which person's future is being discussed.
• Teachers may go over the correct answers with students or provide the answer key for self-checking!
