  • 1 worksheet where students list forms of income and expenses.
  • 4 worksheets where students identify the scenario as an income or expense.
  • 3 worksheets where students are given transactions and are asked to identify the transaction as an income or an expense and track the account balance by either adding or subtracting the transactions.
  • 3 worksheets where students are given monthly budgets for a person and are asked to apply the knowledge learned to answer a variety of questions. (Which expense cost the most this month?, How many forms of income does this person have? Etc.)
  • 4 worksheets where students use real-world examples of monthly budgets and saving goals to practice identifying and calculating the amount of money needed for a desired expense (ex. video game or trip) and calculating how much money will need to be saved each month in order to attain the desired expense.

What Belongs? Rooms of the House Cut Sort & Paste Activities - Distance Learning

These cut, sort, and paste activity worksheets are perfect for learning about the rooms of the house, practicing scissor skills, for sorting centers, as morning work or for early finishers, or for special education classrooms!

Part of the "What Belongs?" Series, the Rooms of the House unit covers 10 rooms found in a house. Each room comes with a full color sorting worksheet, two versions of the worksheet in black and white, plus a "what is missing" worksheet where students complete a picture. This set also includes multiple room sorting worksheets so students can compare two or four rooms at once. Please see the preview above for a look at all the included worksheets!

Differentiation:

Each activity has been designed to be differentiated depending on your child’s learning stage.

Variations include:

1. Picture and word format: display similar to a poster to introduce vocabulary to younger children 

2. Picture to picture matching: encourage children to say the words as they match the pictures for a multi-sensory activity

3.Picture to word matching: for more advanced children who are able to identify beginning sounds

4. Sorting activities: best completed with support when your toddler is ready
