“I Spy” proofreading and editing is a fun resource where students will be able to convey their knowledge of editing punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Using a short summary of singers like Shawn Mendes, Arianna Grande, and Katy Perry, students will have practice correcting these interesting passages while learning about their favorite singers.

Conjunctions: Combining Sentences with and, so, or, but

This worksheet has two pages of practice. Students will practice combining sentences using but, and, so, and or. One side of the sheet students will rewrite the two sentences into one sentence using the correct conjunction. The second side of the sheet students will just write the conjunction they would use to combine the two sentences.
