Cut apart the 4 tally cards on each page, laminate if you wish for durability. Hang around the room for students to walk around with their clipboard and recording sheet. I’ve made color and B&W options to chose from. You may also just cut cards and place in a Math Center bucket with which ever recording sheet you want them to use. Think about running the page double sided with 2 skills for those early finishers.

There are 2 open ended pages where the TEACHER can write in her own objectives, either whole class or to differentiate per the needs of your students.

There are 2 pages that do not use the tally cards 1-20, they are basically worksheets asking the student to write in the tally marks to match the number on the worksheets.

This product is a digital puzzle that requires students to complete 50 basic addition fact fluency problems. The link to the digital puzzle is on a clickable PDF that you would download once purchased. Students will put the answers in the answer box. This activity is no prep and is self checking. If the student puts the correct answer in, the answer box will turn green and a piece of the digital puzzle will appear in the green box to the right. In addition to this, an emoji pops up next to the correct answer. If the student puts in the wrong answer, the answer box will turn red and no puzzle piece will appear. Place number cards face down on the tree (or table). Each student takes turns picking an apple from the pile. The student places the apple on the correct basket, odd or even. The other students check the placement of the apples, if a student places the apple incorrectly the other students help place the apple correctly. When all the apples are in the correct basket the game is over.

Optional: I use dry erase markers on the extra apples to challenge students by writing 3 and 4 digit numbers.
