The First 300 Fry Instant Words make up 65% of all written material. These words should be mastered by the end of first grade. Even if you are not explicitly teaching the Fry Instant Words, an improvement in the students’ ability to orthographically map these words should be evident throughout the school year.
This BUNDLE includes progress monitoring for the Second 100 instant words IN SETS OF 25. Each set is displayed in an easy-to-read font and in a different order on each of 20 probes per set.
Set 1: Words 101-125
Set 2: Words 126-150
Set 3: Words 151-175
Set 4: Words 176-200
How they work:
Check the missed word on the assessor probe to AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATE WORDS READ CORRECTLY and ACCURACY. All data is copied to the student data sheet and WORDS READ CORRECTLY are GRAPHED!

Student probes are provided in THREE FORMATS (PDF, Google Slides, and PowerPoint) to print or display.
FUN, COLORFUL OVERLAYS are included to help guide students’ eyes if you chose to present the student probes digitally.
What is included in each zip file:
· A PDF with force copy links to the Google Sheet Digital Assessor Probes, Data Tracking, and Graph as well as a force copy link to the Google Slides version of the twenty student probes.
· A PowerPoint and PDF (printable) version of the student probes.

Sample Goals:
The student will demonstrate an improvement in their ability to recall the most common regular and irregularly spelled words as measured by a curriculum-based measurement in high-frequency word recall from a baseline score of 23% correct to a goal score of 95% correct by June 6, 2022.
When given a curriculum-based measurement depicting 25 regular and irregularly spelled words, the student will read the words with 98% accuracy in 4 out of 5 trials.

This is a bundle with TWO Google Sheet files and TWO sets of student probes! I have also included the pre-primer and primer words in a presentation form with one word per slide!
This resource includes everything you need to benchmark your students’ high-frequency word recall three times each year. Each student (up to 30) will have a tab in this Google Sheet with three sight word assessments, one for fall, one for spring, and one for winter.
