Fraction Anchor Charts and Student Practice Pages With Template for Guidance
By Miss Yous Clues and Resources
This product specifically aligns with Engage NY 4th grade module 5 and Eureka Math's fraction modules. This resource includes student friendly anchor charts that can be used as classroom posters, printed and kept in student math folders/binders as a reference tool, kept in student's daily math toolkit binders, or sent home to help parents be knowledgeable of classroom topics to better support their children be successful with the academics. This resource includes products for fractions overview/fraction strips, adding fractions, subtracting fractions, equivalent fractions, comparing fractions with the butterfly method and converting mixed numbers to improper fractions using both the reverse C method as well as number bonds. Each of the topics includes student practice pages that can be used with any worksheet, digital product, textbook materials, etc. These student practice page come in three versions. One version which offers the most support to students includes an example, step by step directions on how to appropriately do that skill at the top of the page and a template that students use to guide their work to help them be as independent as possible. The second version only includes the template to guide them but not the step by step directions. The third version offers only the example with the step by step directions but no template; students write out and complete each equation on their own.
This resource would be great to have on hand to use for students the first day a topic is introduced as they initially learn and practice the process. It would also be helpful to have for struggling learners to use as a guide to allow them more independence but structured practice. Special education classrooms, ICT and even general education classrooms could all benefit from having these on hand.

Sight Words
Do you need a teacher and student-friendly sight word tracking and assessment system to progress monitor your students’ high-frequency words?
Do you want an easy and efficient way to TRACK AND ANALYZE STUDENT SIGHT WORD DATA and progress on IEP goals in your special education classroom?
Look forward to assessment day with this DIGITAL ASSESSMENT TOOL in GOOGLE SHEETS for tracking the Fourth 100 (SETS 1-4) of Fry’s Instant Words.
It is important for students to instantly recognize these words as they progress through second, third, and fourth grade. Even if you are not explicitly teaching the Fry Instant Words, an improvement in the students’ ability to orthographically map these words should be evident throughout the school year.
This BUNDLE includes progress monitoring for the Fourth 100 instant words IN SETS OF 25. Each set is displayed in an easy-to-read font and in a different order on each of 20 probes per set.
Set 1: Words 401-425
Set 2: Words 426-450
Set 3: Words 451-475
Set 4: Words 476-500
How they work:
Check the missed word on the assessor probe to AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATE WORDS READ CORRECTLY and ACCURACY. All data is copied to the student data sheet and WORDS READ CORRECTLY are GRAPHED!
Please see DIRECTIONS included in preview for full explanation of the process.
Student probes are provided in THREE FORMATS (PDF, Google Slides, and PowerPoint) to print or display.
FUN, COLORFUL OVERLAYS are included to help guide students’ eyes if you chose to present the student probes digitally.
What is included in each zip file:
· A PDF with force copy links to the Google Sheet Digital Assessor Probes, Data Tracking, and Graph as well as a force copy link to the Google Slides version of the twenty student probes.
· A PowerPoint and PDF (printable) version of the student probes.
· A folder with three fun, colorful overlay png files to be inserted into the Google Slides or PowerPoint student probes if desired.
· A PDF file with detailed directions.
Sample Goals:
The student will demonstrate an improvement in their ability to recall the most common regular and irregularly spelled words as measured by a curriculum-based measurement in high-frequency word recall from a baseline score of 23% correct to a goal score of 95% correct by June 6, 2022.
When given a curriculum-based measurement depicting 25 regular and irregularly spelled words, the student will read the words with 98% accuracy in 4 out of 5 trials.

Behavior Data Collection Sheets
By The Responsive Educator
Behavior Data Collection Sheets make collecting data on student growth and IEP behavior goals quick and painless! There are multiple forms to meet your specific data collection needs. The clickable first page links easily to each data collection form, making it easy to find what you need.
Anecdotal Behavior Data Collection Sheets and Descriptive Assessment
While some people think of anecdotal behavior documentation as more subjective than quantitative data collection, this is not necessarily the case. In fact, it is important to try to keep your anecdotal observations objective. These forms help you to document your notes on behavior incidents while leaving emotion out of it.
It is important that anecdotal behavior records document the topography of behavior, or what can be seen. In other words, rather than "John is angry," you would want to explain what John is doing that makes you think he is angry (yelling, throwing items, crumpling up work, etc.). These forms help walk you through this process.
Quantitative Behavior Collection Sheets
When documenting student problem behavior, it is also important to collect quantitative data. Quantitative data simply means data that can be counted. If we collect quantitative information as we attempt behavioral interventions, this data will help us to determine whether the interventions are having an impact on behavior or not.
