Pre-K Back to School Worksheets (by date, oldest first)

Use these pages to send home updates and show how much your students are growing month to month. Has a space for students to write their names, draw their portraits, and draw or write about what they are excited about for the month (like an upcoming field trip or a birthday). You can also write in how many sight words they have learned and how high they can count. These sheets are sure to be keepsakes for parents to look back on and see how their child improved in just a year! Ideal for kindergarten, first grade, and special education students. Every month is included.

Welcome students back to school with these fun letter sorting center games! Comes with two center games for students to sort capital and lowercase letters. In each game, students pick a letter card to place on the mat and then find all the matching letters.

In one center game, students pick a sun letter card and place it above the school yard on the sorting mat. Then they find all the matching letter students and fill the school yard with them! In the other, students place a chalk letter on the chalkboard and then place all the matching letter backpacks and lunchboxes in the classroom.

All pieces can be laminated for durability and used over and over in sorting centers. Comes with three different cards for each letter so students can practice with capital, lowercase, or both.

This is a great versatile resource early learners, students with autism and learning difficulties to build vocabulary and increase their knowledge of the theme of both farm and zoo animals. This resource is great for students who are non-verbal.

On the Yes/No Question Cards, the student as asked to reflect on the question and give a yes or no answer. There is also an option for “I don’t know” which allows for facilitation of reflection and discussion. The student may require some reflective questioning should they need prompting in relation to the question. These cards are created to facilitate conversation, discussion and insight.
