Using this hands on, multisensory activity, students won’t even realize they are learning their letters! In this resource, they will learn letter formation by first building the letters, coloring the letters and pictures, tracing the letter, and writing the letter.

This is not only a fun and engaging way to learn letter formation, but students are working on foundational fine motor skills needed for writing. Students don’t have to use a pencil for writing, try broken crayons (broken crayons help promote tripod grasp pattern), q-tip painting, or fingerpaint.
