AICE the Test

This activity help students identify the dependent, independent and constant/standardized variables of an experiment. The activity starts with a review of what each of the three variables represents and continues with a list of environmentally related topics for which students must identify the independent, dependent, and standardized variables.

I have my students do this activity individually and when finished, share with another student.

This activity is part of objective 1 Topic 2 Environmental Research and Data Collection as stated by the AICE Environmental Management AS syllabus.
