This is a fun and engaging game that can be used as a review or an informal assessment of operations on rational expressions. The operations included are adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Minimal preparation for game is needed. Just copy the board games on card stock or laminate if you plan to reuse. Will need some sort of game pieces, but these could be colored paper shapes. I suggest dice, but could use with spinners just as easily.

Answer key and blank board game is included for students to write their answers.

The modified version guides students in the process of solving. This is great for special education or when introducing solving equations. My students loved this activity and it kept their interest.
