Students will learn about birds' different adaptations to help them survive the cold winter months. The quest takes place at Cornell University's Lab of Ornithology. Escape Room Activities seem to be the go to activity in classrooms in my area of the world. Here are step-by-step directions for creating your very own Escape Room using Google Forms! It's really easier than you think!

Welcome to Engineering and Technology! Before we begin to see how engineering and technology affect our lives on a daily basis, let’s look at what is encompassed under the CTAE (Career, Technical and Agricultural Education) umbrella. We are going to do this by looking at a CTAE Pathway at the college level vs. a Math/Science Pathway at the college level. We are going to look at Kennesaw State University’s programs in several of these categories. Since KSU’s merger with Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology, this is a great place to look at several college options in each of these pathways.

Introduction/description to CTAE

You're about to start a Robotics Unit and you're looking for an informative and FUN way to introduce students to robots. THis Web Quest gives them the history of robots, looks at different types of robots and includes thought provoking video links.

They'll browse the websites of world leaders in robots, both humanoid and manufacturing. They'll complete charts and tables. They'll answer critical thinking questions.

In this lesson, students learn interesting facts about the assassination of President John F.
