This Kindergarten Domino Literacy Center is a fun, hands-on and engaging CVC Words Rhyming game which can be played with Kindergarteners or preschoolers to practice CVC Rhyming Words.

What does this printable contain?

This domino bundle contains 33 dominoes with rhyming CVC words. Learners will match the dominoes based on rhyming. E.g. 'Cap' to 'map' and 'bat' to 'cat'.

How to use?

To play, print and laminate the pages for the topic required. In the printable there are two dominoes per page, which can be printed as is for a floor game. If you would like to make the dominoes smaller, print several pages a page (I normally print 8 dominoes onto a page, which allows for use on a table or as a small group activity).

Students will begin with the 'START' domino and then slowly work their way through the dominoes until they reach the domino with the 'END' on it. Dominoes can be matched in any way they like, whether that's vertically or horizontally.

This Bingo game is a great game to support students learn addition facts! This is a great game for a whole class approach or center activities.

The caller reads the number equation, and the players cross off the correct answer.

There are a number of addition fact cards for each correct answer response for numbers 1-20. This has been developed in case students are not aware of the correct answer and then they are given another opportunity.

Have students practice addition within 10 with these self-checking addition clip cards. Students will practice addition up to 10 to find the addition problems that equal the sum indicated on the card.

What is Included:

This resource includes one task card for each sum from 1 up to 10.

How to Use:

Students will solve each addition problem on the card. Using cloths pins or other clips the student will mark the problems that have the same sum as the number in the middle of the card. Finally, students can then turn the card over to check their own answers!

These are great activities for math centers in winter! Students will practice their addition or subtraction skills playing in pairs for a game of BUMP or as individual work to roll and cover.

Included in this winter fantasy set is….

• 4 game boards (each in color and black & white) for number recognition, add with 2 dice, add with 3 dice, and subtract with 2 dice

• 3 record sheets for each add or subtract game

• Directions for how to play BUMP

For a game of BUMP, give them some 2 different colored tokens, bingo daubers or other object and a set of dice. Then, they are ready to go! I recommend that you laminate the color game boards to use over and over or let the kids color the black and white ones for added fun!

Here's a game for President's Day....or any day featuring Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. This game works on money amounts using 1¢, 25¢, $1, and $5. Players move around the board and when they land on selected spaces, must make the amount shown on the card they draw. If desired, you can use play money or the print the money that comes with the game.

Multiplication Word Problems - Exit Slips 40 Problems!

This is the perfect way to check student's understanding! All of these word problems have a space for students to show their work and write their answers. Cut each slip (4 per page) and either assign them to students or let them choose randomly. This is a great way to check in with your students and make sure that they understand word problems that involve multiplication. There is a total of 40 problems so these exit slips could be used for a whole unit!
