✿ The Beatitudes Cut & Paste Worksheet Pack - Catholic

Here’s a set of cut and paste worksheet activities for the Beatitudes for big and little kids! They’re perfect for a lesson on the Sermon on the Mount or Beatitudes and the pages are differentiated for various ages/grades. The repetition is good to help with memorization.

The pages included are….

• 4 bee hive mats – 2 in color (1 with the blessed, 1 with the blessing), 2 in bw (1 with the blessed, 1 with the blessing)

• 2 beehives - 1 in color and 1 in bw to glue the Beatitudes in order

• 1 worksheet to place the Beatitudes in order from 1-8

• 3 cut & paste worksheets to place the missing words (1 with missing words, 1 with missing blessed, 1 with missing blessing)

• 1 Beatitudes strips to cut apart and place in order on a separate paper

• 1 Beatitudes page (Matthew 5:1-12 to cut out words and glue them on the sheet in order)

• 6 answer keys

These activities are good for a variety of ages/grades and are perfect for learning, memorizing, or reviewing the Beatitudes!

✿ The Beatitudes Poster Sets - Catholic

Here is a set of posters for the Beatitudes that Jesus gave during his Sermon on the Mount. The posters are numbered for each Beatitude. These posters are prefect to decorate a room all year or when the topic is studied. They could even be printed half size and made into a booklet!

The color posters feature a bright bee theme in yellow, white, and black. The black & white posters are on a black & white chevron pattern featuring cute bees. The poster with all the Beatitudes features adorable bee kids! Each poster also has the number of the beatitude (1-8).

There is also a poster for Matthew 5:11, as well as a poster that contains all the beatitudes from Matthew 5:3-10. In addition, there are alternate versions of 4 of the Beatitudes posters, Matthew 5:11, and the complete Matthew 5:3-10 poster to go along with Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) 1475. These are not shown in the preview.

✿ The Beatitudes Booklets with Jesus the Good Shepherd

This is a set of booklets for the Beatitudes featuring Jesus as the Good Shepherd. The booklets come in color or black and white. The black and white version makes for the perfect coloring booklet! The color version can be read together in class. Each page has a Beatitude on the page with a sheep.

There is an optional page to use at the end of the booklet with Matthew 5:11, which is the final verse from the Beatitudes that Jesus told his followers at the Sermon on the Mount.

UPDATE: This set of booklets have been updated with numbers on the pages and to match the rest of the Beatitudes activities using the NRSVCE version of the Bible. This update is shown in the preview, but is in the thumbnails (03/14/2020)

✿ The Beatitudes Task Cards or SCOOT Game

This is a set of 24 task cards for the Beatitudes which Jesus taught at the Sermon on the Mount. They can also be used for a game of SCOOT. These cards can also be used for 2 skills, which are to fill in the blanks with the missing words or to state which verse from Matthew 5 it comes from.

Spring Snap Cube Build and Write Activity

In this hands on, multisensory activity, students won’t even realize they are learning! Students can build a rainbow, bee, butterfly, chick, flower, and/or ladybug using counting snap cubes given the provided visual model.

Building with blocks is a fun and engaging way to work on foundational fine motor skills needed for writing including fine and visual motor skills, hand strength, visual perception, in hand manipulation skills, and sequencing. Students can roll dice to find out which spring picture they will be building, and after building their picture, they can write about it. Options include word copy, sentence copy, and composing sentences on their own. Perfect for pre-K, kindergarten, and first grade centers, as well as OT groups, homeschool, and handwriting practice.

This 61 page resource includes:

•Roll a Spring snap cube design- students roll the dice to find out which spring design they will be building.

•6 counting snap cube design pages- rainbow, bee, butterfly, chick, flower, ladybug

•Word copy practice- 6 pages
