Rainforest Memory Game is a fun way for students to review for an end of unit test and to learn new vocabulary for ELA Reading Informational Texts standards. Vocabulary words include: Tropical Rain Forests, Ecology, and Conservation. This game can be played in pairs, small groups, or on an individual basis.

This product includes the Tropical Rainforest and Ecology Vocabulary List with definitions for a self-check answer key!

The classifying plants file folder activity allows students to label the parts of plants - cells, stem, roots, and leaves. Students will also match the following vocabulary words and their meanings with pictures: parallel veins and netted veins found in leaves, soft stems and woody stems, smooth leaf margins and jagged leaf margins found on leaves, waxy texture, smooth texture, and rough texture found on leaves, and taproots and fibrous roots. Students can do this independently, with support, or with a partner.
