If you need an easy way to keep track of your students'/children's report cards for the year, have to submit to your state for homeschool renewal, or for your personal records, I have created this simple grade tracking log broken up by the 4 school quarters. All you need to do is put in your students'/children's name, grade, date of issuance, and grades for the quarter by subject.

All editable templates are in PowerPoint form. You will download files in a flattened and secured PowerPoint file format. This format will allow text changes and editing font colors, etc. A logo on the back can be created by inserting graphics, clipart or photos (personal use only). If you do not have PowerPoint then you can use a free on-line version at www.officelive.com - you just need to create an account.

You can change the font to whatever you prefer - I know I have favorites! The font used in the templates is a free font: Hello Miss Thang font and Aloha March Line font are used and can be lownloaded for free by clicking on the links.

The Colorful Owl Cards are designed to fit on 8.5" x 11" paper and can be reduced at the time of printing if needed or can be printed 2 or 4 per page using your printer's settings. If A4 size is needed then you can adjust the template to fit A4 paper size at the time of printing. Border-free printing will depend on your printer's capability and settings.

These Colorful Owl Thank You Cards are designed to be printed on one side. You can add a logo on the back to make them unique and there is an insert if you (or your class) want to write and then glue inside (or tie with a ribbon) or add a handwritten note or letter inside.

Cards are for classroom and/or personal use of the person downloading only.

If you need an easy way to keep track of your students'/children's attendance for the year, have to submit to your state for homeschool renewal, or need for your personal records, I have created this simple attendance tracking log. All you need to do is put in your students'/children's name, grade, date of issuance, day, date and attendance for each month of the school year.

This has been created in Excel format, but can be downloaded to Google Slides.

All you need to do is put in your name, school year, circle the month of the year, and add your hours to each day of the respective month.

This has been created in Excel format, Google Sheets, and PDF format. Each format is editable for you to change the course name.
