Take a deep dive with your students into the wondrous world of classical music appreciation! These ocean-themed activities invite students to color their listening experience while listening to the selected music. Each listening activity page has a unique ocean scene to explore!

You'll find five unique ocean scenes: mermaids, jellyfish, deep sea divers, starfish, and sea turtles. Students choose from emojis and seasonal nature-themed images to color, in addition to bubbles, fish, and other underwater surprises. There are no wrong answers!

Felt-boards (or flannel boards) are a fabulous method of sharing music and rhythm with children by using visual props along with songs. My collection of songs and poems will help you to use your felt-board to its fullest potential. This set includes 30 songs and poems that are appropriate for preschool and kindergarten, and are perfect for circle time, group time or music class. I have included lots of old favorites, but some are new and fun songs and fingerplays that will enhance your curriculum.

The set includes more than a hundred adorable graphics which have recently been updated. All you have to do is print out the set and cut out the graphics. (You can laminate the images and attach felt or Velcro to the back if you want to use them on a flannel board or felt board.) Words to each song or poem are included and can be printed and glued onto 3x5 inch index cards.

Kids love songs! Use these original rhyming songs/poems to sing and move as you learn about color words. Students will learn to spell color words and focus on easy to read, decodable CVC words as they locate and circle the color word for the day.

Over two weeks of daily activities to use at the beginning of school t introduce your young learners to color words.

Wanna get your Orff Ensemble moving and grooving but don't know where to start? Get percussive with five original compositions for your Orff Ensemble.

This Orff Ensemble orchestration provides parts for Soprano Glockenspiel, Soprano Xylophone, Alto Xylophone, Bass Xylophone, Percussion, and Boomwhackers with color coded notes. All parts work together and you can perform the arrangement with all or just some of the parts. Xylophone doubles as the Metallophone part if you have Metallophones.

You are free to dissect melodies and harmonies to what you wish, or play right from the beginning tothe end. Most arrangements are around 18-24 measures long. 3 of the pieces are in C major, 2 are in D minor (best wishes to those who have a removable B-flat bar!)

Using these six books, create engaging lessons for your students as they sing to the main characters in the story to help them fall asleep. Add instruments for extra engagement and use puppets to create a character for the children to sing to. A wonderful book and extension lesson to teach children about caring for others! Use this book to deepen social emotional learning in your classroom while still teaching music. Discuss why hugging and caring for others is important, how children feel when they hug/are hugged by someone and practice caring by rocking stuffies/dolls to the song that I wrote for this book. 1. Listening Sheet - There are no wrong answers! Students can note how they feel and what they imagine while listening to a selected piece of music. Choose from the musical instruments, nature scenes, colors, and more.
2. Weather & Feelings - Weather is a recurring theme in classical music. Does a musical piece remind the listener of a snowy day or a cheerful sunny afternoon? Students can select the weather symbols that come to mind. Is the music happy or sad? A set of emotional characters allows your group to pick the feelings that best relate to a piece of music.
3. Listen & Color a Carnival - Students can color their own carnival while listening to the selected music! Which carnival rides and activities would best fit a piece of music? Does the tempo feel like a roller coaster or a peaceful swing ride in the sky? Choose a tasty treat from the snack bar, then stop at the prize booth before finishing. There are no wrong answers!
4. Emoji Checkbox Listening - This listening sheet style is all about checkboxes! Students note how they feel and what they imagine while listening to a selected piece of music. Choose from the musical instruments, nature scenes, colors, and more! Time, nature, settings, instruments, and colors are also listed. Students color in the emojis that best describe their listening experience in the emoji grid. The 'Inspiration Box' can be used for inspired drawing, journaling, notes, poetry, etc.

★ Mindful Listening Sheets - There are no wrong answers! Students listen to the selected music and choose meaningful keywords they associate with what they hear. The emotions and weather page allows students to color their experiences.

★ Biography Pages - Fact sheet (1 or 2 facts provided, a box to paste/draw the composer's portrait, and a birthday box to color in and decorate cupcakes! A duplicate blank page is included for students to do their own research.

★ Composer Research Sheet - Students can use their favorite reference materials to compile a full page of facts about the composer's home country. Some of the research options include capital, continent, population, food, and more.

★ Composer Rating Activity - More options to profile the composer on the rating sheet, including which season and musical style they match.

★ Word Composer Activity - In the classic letter puzzle, students can use all the letters from the composer's full name to create new, shorter words and record their scores. Add a timer for an extra challenge.
