In this Winter money identifying and counting activity, your students will practice matching the number value to the written value, practicing writing the written value, as well as cutting and pasting the correct currency to the item. These worksheets focus on coins (.01 - .25) and one dollar at a time from $1.00 - $10.00.

The students will practice writing the dollar amount as well as cut and paste the correct number of dollars to the item shown. Play French scattergories when you need quick, no prep activities to play with your class while they practice their French February / Février vocabulary, oral, and written skills. These categories games includes many activities with a French February vocabulary theme which work well as ice-breakers.

This resource includes many references to American historical figures, holidays and general culture.

This is a really fun activity to play with your students as they practice and build their February themed vocabulary. Students of all ages can play this vocabulary game. Perfect for core and French immersion curriculums.

Players attempt to create answers for each of the four categories for each game on their game card. 4 game cards are included for a total of 12 games and 48 categories. This should be a fast moving game and there are only spaces for six words per category. The MAXIMUM they can write is six words so they have to choose them wisely. Students can be creative and flexible with their answers, but other players can challenge them!

In this product, students will review winter vocabulary words. Students will be provided with 12 winter picture cards that they can cut out. Students will be given two different forms of the picture cards - one with the name of each picture card and one without. Once students cut out the picture cards, they will follow the directions on each page of the winter prepositions booklet and glue the pictures where they belong. Students will then make up a sentence using each preposition. The product can be cut and made into a smaller pocket booklet. This product can also be laminated and Velcro can be used to attach each of the 12 picture cards so it can be used over again.

Looking for a GAME that will make SPEAKING FUN in Spanish class?  This winter-themed snowball speaking activity will get students using their Spanish creatively!  This low-prep game, called Snowball Fight, will have students competing to tell stories about a winter day! Easy to differentiate and scaffold with the included teacher instructions and vocab list!

How to play:

-Students choose snowballs (each snowball has a winter-related word)

-Students must create a story with the words on the snowballs, forcing them to think on their feet and create a logical story with random words!

The variations of this game are endless and you can play it all winter long!

❆give students as much time as they need to tell their story or
