There are a total of 30 CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) based Growth and Fixed Mindset Scenario Cards which all include a variety of relatable and realistic scenarios for students to discuss and reflect upon. These scenarios explore a number of realistic situations in which the student is encouraged to explore whether the situation illustrates a growth or fixed mindset.

There are 15 scenarios which illustrate a fixed mindset and 15 scenarios which illustrate a growth mindset.

This is a great exercise to also explore and reinforce the importance of a growth mindset.

There is ONE Anticipation Guide that comes in two different variations:

▶️ Variation #1:

⭐ Part 1: The first section of the Anticipation Guide features a list of statements alongside columns labeled "AGREE" and "DISAGREE." Students are tasked with reading each statement and marking either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE" based on their perspective.

⭐ Part 2: The second section of the Anticipation Guide prompts students to choose a statement from the list above and delve into its significance to them. They may reflect on how the statement connects to their own lives, share a personal experience related to it, or elaborate on their thoughts concerning its importance in greater detail.

▶️ Variation #2: This Anticipation Guide worksheet format includes a list of statements accompanied by columns for "AGREE," "DISAGREE," and "COMMENTS." Students are instructed to read each statement and mark either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE." They are then encouraged to elaborate on their thoughts or ideas regarding each statement in the designated "COMMENTS" column.

SELF-ASSESSMENT

This resource includes a single Social Boundaries Self-Assessment. Students will use the social boundaries and personal space-related statements to evaluate their ability to maintain healthy relationships and respect both their own and others' personal limits. They will score the statements using the following scale: 2 for “Regularly,” 1 for “Occasionally,” and 0 for “Never.” They will use this self-assessment as a tool to help them identify areas for improvement and set goals for establishing and maintaining healthy social boundaries.

This assessment also serves as a valuable tool for initiating conversations about social boundaries and personal space and fostering a proactive approach to navigating challenges and achieving personal goals.
