This entire bundle is also included in Google Slides! Text boxes have already been created to make it easier for you and your students! Each slide includes two instruction solution tabs to assist students who accidentally delete text boxes and/or when they want to zoom in (to enlarge worksheets). It's super helpful for students who are not that familiar with how to use Google Slides or need the extra assistance.

***************************************

Peer pressure is real and all too common! Teens constantly experience all kinds of peer pressure both in and out of school. Peer pressure can ultimately affect teens' decision-making. It's often hard to navigate difficult situations and say "no," especially when there is a strong human need to fit in and feel important.

This resource focuses on negative peer pressure, providing opportunities for teachers, educators, counselors, and parents to help students:

★ make better decisions when it comes to awkward or difficult situations

★ say "no" when they have to

★ think before they act

★ consider possible consequences of their decisions

Additionally, the scenarios in the activities allow opportunities for you to teach your students exit strategies or ways to say "no" to negative pressures.

Together, you can think through strategies on how to deal with those situations and scenarios if they arise. This can be done by discussing the scenarios and even role-playing. It is helpful to think about these things ahead of time rather than dealing with situations as they occur or trying to recover after they happen.

These activities can help prepare students for real life situations.

This bundle includes a variety of engaging activities to encourage students to reflect about and practice how to:

navigate difficult situations and challenges with peers and close friends.

practice and suggest ways to say ”no.”

have difficult conversations with the very people they spend a great deal of time with.

articulate their feelings clearly and appropriately in situations that make them feel uncomfortable.

build confidence in managing their emotions in awkward or tense situations.

handle challenging situations with a sense of maturity.

improve social skills and behavior.

communicate boundaries respectfully.

evaluate best solutions in different situations.

solve problems

**********************************

This bundle includes both print and digital versions (with text boxes already created)! You can assign activities to students in person or remotely – either way works!

The graphics, clipart, page borders, and fonts in these activity worksheets are so visually appealing, your students will appreciate it! Please note that clipart and images resemble older students.

❌ Lesson plans are not included. This product can be used in addition to your own lesson plans and in such a way that best meets the needs of your students.

Coupon Binder Green/Gray Save $$$ for your Family

By Regina Frazier

Save lots of money while shopping using coupons. This colorful, cheerful binder organizes your coupons and makes it easier for you to find just the right coupon you are looking for while out shopping.Teach your students or children in your household the value of saving money by saving coupons. Create your own coupon binder by using baseball card holders that you can find at many dollar stores or office supply stores. You can either use a two inch or three inch binder to set it up and place all your dividers in. There are two coupon sorting sheets available. Rather than flipping through the pages in your binder to insert coupons which can take a lot of time, you can use the coupon sorting mats. Once your coupons are all sorted then you can place them in your binder. Children of all ages can help with sorting the coupons. Many kids can also help out with gathering coupons and cutting them out. Have your students write about ways they can help their family save money. there are a couple of writing prompts that you could use to have your students share ways that they can help their families save money. This does not necessarily mean just using coupons. It could mean saving money by turning off the lights when not in use, not taking long showers, or turning in cans for redemption. Some kids might write about a job they do such as a paper route, mowing the grass or shoveling snow. Some students might choose to discuss buying items on sale at the store and not demanding expensive name brand items."Older students can work on the total amount of savings from using coupons. They can also work on figuring out percentages to show how much money is saved during each shopping trip and totals for each month. If you are interested in this product please download to see a few more pictures of what you will get. This binder includes the following: coupon binder cover front page coupon binder back page coupon binder spine 2inch coupon binder spine 3 inch full page dividers include the following fruits and vegetables dairy frozen foods canned goods meats boxed foods beverages snacks personal care pet care office supplies household restaurants department stores miscellaneous two pages of sorting mats for coupons Monthly Savings Chart two pages of a Writing prompt on ways kids can help their family save money. Board Visual Schedule for High School Special Education & Autism Editable

By Exceptional Education CA

This Bulletin Board Visual Schedule Set can be used with your whole class or for each individual student in your classroom. Having a daily visual schedule up on the board for students to refer to can be a great strategy to help increase predictability in a student’s day and reduce anxiety.

This Visual Schedule Board set will allow you to have a daily classroom agenda for individual students or your whole class to refer to throughout the day.

If you are teaching in a classroom where students are following different schedules throughout the day, this set is perfect for creating individual visual schedules for each student. I will usually section off a portion of one of my boards in columns large enough to fit the board labels, making sure there is one column for each student. From there, I will have each student’s name at the top, and then their individual schedule below their name.

There is also a “set schedule” label, which prompts students to use the large schedule on the board to follow as they set their own personal visual schedule for the day. (Check out my Visual Schedule set for personal visual schedule options!). This increases independence for students as they manage their own individual schedule for the day.

There are also editable name and subject labels so that you can personalize and individualize schedules for your classroom and your students.

The Board Visual Schedule Set includes:

  • Color and Black & White Name and Subject Labels.
  • Editable Google Slide Doc for Name and Subject Labels in Color and Black & White
  • Small Subject Word and Image Labels for Individual Board Sized Schedules
  • Word Only and Word/Image Subject Labels For Whole Group Sized Schedule
  • Visuals that are appropriate for students of all ages, including older students and adults.
  • Subjects and tasks include those specific to High School Classrooms, as well as those that can be used in Elementary Classrooms.

Each page in this set can be printed and laminated for added durability. Black & White Options can be printed on color paper or cardstock to match your classroom decor.
