The book, The HBs - The Missing Mitt - Book 2, discusses problem solving skills, working together as a team, listening to others ideas, not accusing others, solving problems, and being a good friend/sibling. The comprehension questions in this product relate with the text as well as students own experiences. Vocabulary words, their meanings, and example sentences are presented in the packet. Students can also write sentences using the vocabulary words. Following, realistic credit cards are featured, accompanied by comprehension questions to assess understanding.
This resources helps students to look at and read credit cards to find the important information to be able to purchase products online or call/ chat customer service. This resource is designed to expose students to a variety of real prescription medications that they could get prescribed from a doctor. Students will read the prescriptions closely and answer questions to show understanding. This resource introduces medications that are taken at different times of day (morning, noon and/or night) different types of medications (capsule, lotion, tablet and syrup), and where to look to find out important information such as what the medication is and its strength, what it treats, when and how it should be taken along with any potential side effect and warnings.
