Anger Management - Keep Your Cool Game Activities - SPANISH VERSION

This creative and printable board game has been developed to provide a foundation to explore anger management.
“”Keep My Cool” is a growth mindset board game which is great for students who may need some additional support with dealing with their anger.
Using the analogy of an “ice-cream” students are asked to reflect on their behaviour how they can keep their cool. This game encourages reflection and psycho-education around anger management, impulse control, self-control, emotional regulation.
There are over 115 reflective question cards with 23 cards in each of the five various color-coded areas. These include:
Self-Discovery – reflecting, learning and exploring their own anger
Triggers – reflecting on what makes them loose their cool.
Cool Down– exploring cool down, coping strategies and strategies
Feelings – exploring feelings, emotions and early warning signs
Regulation– exploring emotional regulation and what that looks and feels like

Thanksgiving Digital Activity - Google Slides™ Anger Regulation & Coping Skills

Teach your elementary school students calming strategies & coping skills with this fun and interactive turkey-themed digital Google Slides™ activity! Students will be captivated as they brainstorm solutions to remain calm and in control in each of the scenarios. Students will help the turkeys remain regulated as they add the calm-down strategy feather to each of the troubled turkey's tails!
Take a journey with these troubled turkeys to help them find their calm. This resource highlights the differences between how calm and angry make our bodies feel, allowing students to better identify and understand how emotions feel.
Each slide highlights a different real-life scenario that students may encounter. Students must look at the calming strategy feathers and decide which would work best in each situation. Then, they drag and drop the feather and add it to the turkey's tail so that the turkey can stay calm and in control.

Giving Help to Others Lesson - Teaching Kindness Activity for Elementary

How Could You Be Super teaches students that in the everyday situations they encounter, they can be super helpful. Students may not realize how powerful they are and just how much of an impact they can have on others if they lend a helping hand. This resource allows them to think about just how super they really are.
Included in this download are 2 Posters (3 different color options) and 54 situation cards.
Examples of the situation cards include:
"Someone doesn’t understand the lesson. You do. What could you do to help?"
"Someone dropped all their supplies on the floor. They are embarrassed and are trying to quickly pick everything up. What could you do in this situation to be super?"
