Are your students ready for a spooky multiplication challenge? A mischievous ghost has locked them inside a haunted house, and the only way to escape before midnight is to solve a series of multiplication puzzles!
The Haunted House Multiplication Escape is a low-prep, high-engagement activity that aligns with CCSS.4.NBT.B.5.
What's Included?
How to prep?
Gather Your Supplies: Print out the clue sheets, escape sheet, and worksheet (one copy per group). You'll also need scissors, tape, and a timer (optional: spooky music to set the mood).
Prepare the Haunted House: Hide the clue sheets around your classroom or designate specific locations for each clue (envelopes labeled with clue numbers are optional).
Assemble Your Teams: Divide your students into groups of 3-4 players.
