Less than $5 7th Grade End of Year Assessment

Self-reflection is so important for students of all ages and what better time to reflect on learning than at the end of the school year? With that in mind, I created this end of year reflection assignment that prompts students to consider all of the meaningful experiences they had all year in my class. My students really get into this assignment and I'm sure yours will too! I've included in this product a model of my assignment and a fully editable template for you - it will only take a few minutes to tweak it and make it your own. Your students will thank you for offering this differentiated assessment! This 7th grade math end of year activity includes 64 questions to Solve the Mystery of the Missing.... WE HAVE TO FIND OUT! Students will complete 8 Clue Sheets covering major 7th grade topics including ratios, proportional relationships, the number system, simplifying expressions, equations, area/volume, inequalities and probability ! After they solve the questions they will discover one answer was not used. Whatever is next to that answer is the answer to that part of the mystery.

After they discover who took what with what to who (and more) they will fill in the blanks of a story and create their own book cover! This review activity has been created with 7th grade level questions but will keep your students engaged and excited.

This 7th grade math escape room is a great end of year review project that is completely SELF CHECKING and includes 40 questions to Escape from Mathematical Mansion! Students will complete 4 multiple choice questions in each of the 10 rooms covering major 7th grade topics including signed numbers, operations with fractions, greatest common factor, number properties, linear equations, mean, median, mode, surface area and proportions! After they solve the questions they will take their letter answer choice in order and write it under the locked door.

Before they can move to the next room they will go to there LOCK DECODER (Google Sheet) and put their code in. If the box turns green they can move to the next room. If the box turns red they must find their error and try again!

Their FINAL CHALLENGE will be to create their own multiple choice question per topic, which a template is provided for.
