In the French classroom, it can be difficult to find new and engaging ways to grab the attention of our students without falling back on the old standards of 'les mains sur la tete...'

⭐ Part 2: The second section of the Anticipation Guide prompts students to choose a statement from the list above and delve into its significance to them. They may reflect on how the statement connects to their own lives, share a personal experience related to it, or elaborate on their thoughts concerning its importance in greater detail.

▶️ Variation #2: This Anticipation Guide worksheet format includes a list of statements accompanied by columns for "AGREE," "DISAGREE," and "COMMENTS." Students are instructed to read each statement and mark either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE." They are then encouraged to elaborate on their thoughts or ideas regarding each statement in the designated "COMMENTS" column.

There is ONE Growth Mindset Self-Assessment included in this resource. Students will assess and recognize fixed mindset elements in themselves and identify areas in which they can work to develop a growth mindset by scoring the statements using the following scale: 2 for “Always,” 1 for “Sometimes,” and 0 for “Never.” They can use this assessment tool to help them identify areas where they can strengthen their growth mindset and improve their approach to challenges and learning.

On a smartboard on via personal device, share a morning yoga routine with your students.

We have shared this at school assemblies across the US for all grade levels pre-k-8th grade

There are 19 carnivorous animals' names to search for, split over 2 word search puzzles, this would be a great fun way to learn about carnivorous animals. It is a perfect activity for the class or to send your students home with it. Words are hidden in all directions and there may be some overlaps making this definitely a challenging puzzle.

You will get a PDF file of 4 pages ( 2 for the puzzles and the other 2 for the answers ).

Note: If you want it just black and white you can adjust your printer settings to black and white which saves on printing costs.
