Students respond to several statements that challenge or support their preconceived ideas about key concepts as well as their peers’ ideas. The Anticipation Guides can help structure meaningful conversations that reviews what students already know and engages them in critical thinking about the topic they will be exploring. There is ONE Anticipation Guide that comes in two different variations:
▶️ Variation #1:
⭐ *Part 1: *The first section of the Anticipation Guide features a list of statements alongside columns labeled "AGREE" and "DISAGREE." Students are tasked with reading each statement and marking either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE" based on their perspective.
⭐ *Part 2: *The second section of the Anticipation Guide prompts students to choose a statement from the list above and delve into its significance to them. They may reflect on how the statement connects to their own lives, share a personal experience related to it, or elaborate on their thoughts concerning its importance in greater detail.
**▶️ Variation #2: **This Anticipation Guide worksheet format includes a list of statements accompanied by columns for "AGREE," "DISAGREE," and "COMMENTS." Students are instructed to read each statement and mark either "AGREE" or "DISAGREE." SELF-ASSESSMENT
This resource includes a single Social Cues Self-Assessment. Students will use social cues statements to reflect on their ability to recognize, interpret, and respond to nonverbal signals in everyday social situations. They will score the statements using the following scale: 2 for “Regularly,” 1 for “Occasionally,” and 0 for “Never.”
Students will use this assessment as a tool to recognize strengths, spot areas for growth, and build stronger, more empathetic communication skills.
This assessment also serves as a valuable tool for opening meaningful reflection, guiding class discussions, or informing future lessons and support focused on developing social awareness, improving peer relationships, and navigating subtle emotional cues in both in-person and digital communication.

This product reviews the importance of visiting the dentist, when children start losing their teeth and why they lose teeth (to make room for permanent teeth), how many teeth children lose and how many permanent teeth there are, what happens when children lose teeth (the tooth fairy may visit), how to prevent cavities, how to care for your teeth - how many times a day you should brush your teeth, how long you should brush your teeth for, and how often you should floss your teeth for each day, pictures of dental tools that are used in a dental office along with their labels, and anatomy of a tooth.
Students will answer short answer, multiple choice, and fill in the blanks using a key comprehension questions are included in this product that relate with the information that is shared throughout the product. Students will also share their experiences with caring for their teeth, losing a tooth, and visiting the dentist. Students will also have the opportunity to label the anatomy of a tooth and draw diagrams and experiences.
