In this activity, your students will sort the given list of 20 English sentences into two categories: preterite or imperfect. You could easily adapt this activity for other tenses, simply by providing your own list. In addition to the hands-on practice, this resource also includes two worksheet versions of the same sentences.

Are you looking for an easy, low-prep way to learn or review the conjugations of the present perfect, pluperfect, future perfect, and conditional perfect tense verbs? This brand new activity combines reading and coloring to produce a fun way for your students to learn or review the present and imperfect progressive tense. These sheets are great for last-minute sub plans or days with irregular schedules (like standardized test days, pep rallies, early releases, etc) as well as reviewing or reinforcing perfect tense verbs and past participles.

Included are nine worksheets – one each for regular and irregular present perfect, pluperfect, future perfect, and conditional perfect verbs, one for choosing the correct past participle of both regular and irregular verbs, plus colored answer keys.
