This no-prep, self-grading Spanish digital game will allow your students to practice choosing between the imperfecto and preterito. 30 different questions - each is a sentence in English where you would use either the imperfecto or the preterito to write the same sentence in Spanish. Choosing correctly moves you on to the next question, choosing incorrectly causes you to go back and repeat the questions in that section. Students do not need to have mastered how to form either tense in Spanish, this game is just to practice getting the concept of what things require each of the tenses.

Includes a Google drive, PowerPoint and PDF version of the game. Share with students as an individual assignment or work through the activity as a class on a smartboard.

2. version 2 is a printable PDF with all directions and questions in Spanish.
3. versions 3 and 4 are editable Google Forms™, one with all directions and questions in English, the other in Spanish.
4. version 5 is a non-editable Google Slides™ resource, formatted just like the printable PDF versions, with added text boxes so that students can type their answers on the slide (while in edit mode) before submitting

PLEASE NOTE: the infographic is NOT included with this product due to copyright laws and you must access it at the following link: infographic. I would recommend printing and laminating the infographic, projecting it on your board, or posting it to Google Classroom, Edmodo, or Schoology for students to access it. The Argumentative Essay on the AP Spanish Language and Culture® exam is arguably one of the most challenging parts! Students need a guided way to reflect on their argumentative essay writing and improve it. I needed a way to differentiate instruction and streamline feedback. I created a step-by-step organizer that is digital and printable, so it can be used with Distance Learning or when you have students in person.

This graphic organizer independent work is perfect to assign after students have written one essay for a grade or for feedback and are getting ready to write another one. It takes students through a series of steps asking them to reflect on their past work and the feedback it received. It asks them to review the rules and requirements of the argumentative essay, and it asks them to write certain parts of 2 practice essays. These smaller parts are sections of the essay that, when done well, set the student up for success with the rest of the essay. These small parts will be turned in for feedback from the teacher.
