St. Patrick's Day Writing Prompts | 14 Creative Writing Activities for March

Suggesting prompts can be extremely helpful for students when it comes to writing. By providing a prompt, you can give students a specific topic or area to focus on, which can help them better organize their thoughts and ideas. Additionally, writing prompts can help spark creativity and encourage students to think outside the box.
There are six St. Patrick's Day writing prompts, including coordinating primary handwriting pages. Students can also illustrate a scene in the space above their writing.

A Google Slides biography writing unit about the famous American basketball star, Michael Jordan. The unit is ideal for both in-class and distance learning in fifth grade and sixth grade. The unit has been split into four separate lessons. The Google Slides activity is ideal for students learning about U.S. History, the Olympics or for Black History Month.

Then, in the third lesson they need to choose the most important facts and include these in an introduction; after this they need to answer several questions before typing up their conclusion. In the final lesson your class will need to check their draft paragraphs before typing up their work on to the template provided.
