This packet is perfect to get your 4-year-old ready for Kindergarten! I created this resource to align with the Early Learning Core Standards for 4-year-olds. This packet is FUN and ENGAGING to get your kids excited about learning! The best part about this packet is that there IS NO PREP! Just print and it is ready to go! I have planned out each day for you, these practice pages will last 7 weeks!

The packet supports the following skills: nursery rhymes, rhyming pages, first-sound fluency, letter names and sounds, counting, numbers, number sense, and shapes.

This is perfect to work on over the summer to help get your child ready for Kindergarten or to work on skills they may need in Kindergarten that have not yet mastered!

To get a pattern to STICK in a new readers brain we need to read AND spell with a word and provide context. These self-correcting picture cards are perfect to achieve that goal!

Within this product your child will be exposed to beginning and end blends with short vowels. You can have the child read the card and flip it over to see if the picture matches the word or you can use the spelling mats to have the child look at the picture, say the word, and spell the word. When they are done they can flip the card over to check their spelling.

Use in centers, small groups, or as an early finisher activity. My kids are always begging me to play this game!

This game includes all 107 Zeno Sight Words. I teach the 107 Sight Words because they are the most narrowed-down list of the most commonly used words in texts. It is important your child can read these words quickly and accurately for success in reading! 

I broke the words up into 8 sets so that each set would have 52 cards to keep the game engaging and not too long! This also allows you to easily differentiate the game by choosing the set that has more words that your child needs to work on! Each set is color-coded so if cards get mixed up you can easily find their place!

*Prep time is needed. I suggest you print these on card stock and laminate them for more durability. Printing on normal paper will work too! Print the set of cards and cut them out!

Easy no prep resource! Just print and go! You can use this product as a quick review of Kindergarten skills. I use this at the beginning of the year for homework for my first graders to get them back in the swing of things!

• Phoneme segmentation and blending, rhyming, and first-sound fluency

Handwriting improves a student's ability to recall information, make connections between different concepts, and synthesize information in new ways!

When a student can produce the letters correctly and quickly, they will use less brain power when writing words and sentences!

First sound fluency is the ability to identify the first sound in a word. To learn to read children need to be able to break words into their sounds! This is a great way to think about sounds in words and the letters that represent those sounds! No prep, print, and cut and paste!

Reading and learning high-frequency words can be FUN! I use the 107 Zeno Word list because they comprise 50% of all text. No need to work on 300-plus words like other lists! These games are perfect for small-group instruction or centers! I give different tips and tricks to work on the skill! Let's be honest, phonemic awareness can be SO boring for our students! Whenever we are working on it they want to use the words in sentences or want to see a picture of what that word means! Now they have a picture to connect to the word!

These cards are so much fun my students beg me to work with them! I let them choose their manipulative; whether it is play-dough to tap, legos, chips, or blocks! This also gives those kiddos struggling with blending and segmenting a concrete method to gain those skills!

The cards are broken into each vowel so that you can easily practice phonemic awareness with the vowel you are working on. You can also mix them up so they can practice the skill for each vowel!

Practice letter naming, letter formation, and first sound fluency that goes with each letter with this easy, quick, and no-prep sheet! It is important that the letters in our alphabet become automatic to gain reading abilities!

Whether you are practicing phonological awareness, orthographic mapping, or tapping sounds in words when you read this mat is perfect! For some kids, phonological awareness is hard to hear and they need a concrete method in breaking sounds apart. This helped my students to break words apart when writing or practicing phonological awareness!

There is no prep needed! Print and get to work! The alphabet needs to be automatic for our little learners to learn to read! They need to know its name, sound, and formation, and that these letters are represented in words in stories! These letter practice pages are great to meet the needs listed above! My mnemonic device at the top will give the child a great way to remember their letters!

It is important for a child to understand what a syllable IS and how to break words apart into syllables! When children begin to read and write multisyllabic words it will be vital they understand how to break the word into their syllables! This is a great hands-on and engaging way to work on syllables! Pick a manipulative that your child wants to use and get to work! Use them in centers or during small group!

Orthographic mapping and meaning is important to learning to read and write! Children need to practice reading with accuracy and recognizing the vowels in words! If your child is working on reading CVC words this is a perfect resource! Reading and writing go hand in hand. Did you know that your brains actually remember words when we map their sounds by writing words? We don't remember words by sight but by mapping! They will get practice in reading and spelling CVC words! Print and get to work, no extra prep!

NO PREP! Understanding how to break words into syllables is a very important skill! When children begin to read and write multisyllabic words they need to be able to break words into syllables. This should be a completely auditory skill at this point, I put the words on the page so that you knew what the picture is!
