On each card, the student as asked to reflect on the situation and choose whether it is a helpful or unhelpful choice. Each task card includes a blank face which includes a variety of male and female style faces. Students are encouraged to create different facial expressions utilizing play dough to create the facial expressions for each one.

Students will use this winter mindfulness activity, to write about what brings them happiness and warms their hearts. Students will cut out the crackers and will write their responses on the each cracker. Students can then glue the crackers on or around the soup bowl.
