Play French scattergories when you need quick, no prep activities to play with your class while they practice their French vocabulary, oral, and written skills. This bundle of categories games includes many engaging activities with different French vocabulary themes which work well as ice-breakers. The categories vary from: "le titre d'un livre" to "le nom d'une ville ou pays". This game is can be adapted for a variety of grades depending on the number of games you play as well as the time allotted for each game.

Play as a full class with the students playing individually or in pairs or teams to complete each round. The game can be made as short or long as you want it, so it's also a fun time filler that keeps students thinking.

Students or teams write in answers for each category on the list. When the timer’s up, stop writing and share answers for scoring.
